Visit from Gigi and Grandpa Jim

Last weekend we were able to spend some time with Gigi in Highlands, NC. It was nice to get away from reality for a bit and just relax. We didn't so much, just hang out at the cabin, go on walks and a little bit of shopping.

We found a rocking chair and she was obsessed with it!!

We found a little park and ran around for about an hour. She smelled the flowers and of course we put them in her hair :(

Kensi found a cabinet at the cabin and climbed all the way in. 

Then Gigi and Grandpa visited this weekend! We were able to go to our neighborhood pool and spend some great time with Kensi's grandparents! 

Again, she was a bit timid at first, but warmed up to it :)

Memorial Day 2014

Over Memorial Day weekend we had a great time just spending time as a little family. On Saturday, we blew up Kensi's pool in our backyard and cleaned up the house. We are working on getting things organized and cleared out for baby #2. On Sunday, we went over the Aunt Cathy and Uncle Rich's pool and hung out with Shelley and the Dupree's. It was the first time that Kensi actually enjoyed the pool.
