Buzzzzzz

This morning at church we had a fall festival.  All the kids (and some adults too) dressed in their costumes, ate chili, had trunk or treat and played outside.  It is so nice that Four Points has family days to fellowship and have fun activities as a church body.

Me and the cutest little bumble bee ever!

Kyle has some fun playing with the camera - he's such a wonderful photographer...

Kensi was so content just sitting on the grass, watching the big kids running around.  Next fall she will be running around with Saylor and Baby #4!

The cute little girls!!

I'm in love with this picture! They are all so happy! :)

Babies!!

I had the pleasure of helping to host two lovely showers for my great friends this month!

On October 12th we had a shower for Sarah and baby Ellison! Lauren, Allison, Jolynn and I hosted the shower! It was a lot of fun and ended up being so cute :) It is so nice to be able to have a shower for Sarah after she threw Kensi and I such a beautiful shower last winter.

Sarah and the beautiful table of decorations and food!

Baby Ellison at 20 weeks

Baby Ellison blocks!
we couldn't not have blocks ;)

The whole gang! (minus a few that had already left)

The hostesses and mom to be!

Jolynn is 'cray cray' and handmade all of Ellison's bedding! It is beautiful and made Sarah cry. Jolynn seriously needs to sell them!

This past Saturday we had a Four Points shower for both Jolynn and Sarah. Our small group ladies threw the shower for them - Lily, Erin and me :)  It was a lot of fun coming up for a theme and have little "games" to go along with it! I loved hosting a shower for two of my best friends!

Game #1
Cast your gender and name guess for Dupree Baby #4 and Guess baby Ellison's birthday!
(Erin was soooooo creative!)

Game #2
Guess who the Baby is! We got baby pictures of the moms, dads and some of us at the shower, for the guests to pick who was which baby picture! It was funny to see what people's guesses were! And is was hard!

Lily hand painted versus on pumpkins and made little pumpkin favors! She is so artistic!

I can't wait to meet and hold the Little Pumpkins!!

Some of the ladies!

The Mamas

The whole gang minus Lily (she was taking the picture)

Lily, Erin and I got the mom's little "Jesus Pumpkin books" - as Erin called them :)

The mom's and their pumpkins

All of us holding Little Pumpkins :)

Had to get a picture of me and the mamas! I am so blessed to have such wonderful, Godly women in my life and I cannot wait to meet and hold their two little ones.  Kensi is going to have such wonderful friends to play with! Love you both so much!

Cute little bug

Reading Five Little Pumpkins with Gramma!!! Kensi's new favorite book from her cousins!

What a ham! She is getting her two front teeth and she has figured out how to use her tongue to play with them! So cute!

Just hanging outside on a beautiful fall afternoon. You can see her two teeth if you look closely!

Reading with Daddy! She loves to read (and chew) all her books!

5K Run

On Saturday, Kyle ran a 5K in Marietta with some of his coworkers.  It was a fun little family outing we did bright and early on a Saturday! It is finally cooling down a bit in hot Georgia so it was nice to get out of the house and see Kyle run! :)
Waiting for Daddy to cross the finish line

There he is passing a 12 year old kid....."couldn't let some kid beat me"

So proud of Daddy!

6th month check up

On Friday, Kensi had her 6th month doctor's appointment.  So our little baby is a little chunk! She weighed in at 20lbs and 27 1/4" long.  She has more than doubled her birth weight and grown over 6 inches! Her head size has also caught up to her weight and length percentages! On the paper that the nurse filled out, by her weight it says 97% with an up arrow! I got a chuckle out of that one - so Kensi pretty much makes the charts/percentages haha She also had to get more shots :( She was a trooper and only cried for a second! She also has her 4th ear infection - we may be discussing tubes in the near future :/

Our little booger at the doctors!
